What is Infrared Thermal Camera?

Thermal Camera also called Infrared thermal imager is a device that uses infrared thermal imaging technology to transform the image of the temperature distribution of the subject into a visual image by means of infrared radiation detection of the subject, signal processing, photoelectric conversion and other means.

Previously used in the military field, infrared thermal imagers have been continuously expanding into civilian and industrial applications in recent years. Some developed countries in Europe and America have been exploring the use of infrared thermal imagers in various fields since the 1970s.
